Opening Weekend June 18-20. There is lots of info, but all pretty basic stuff. Come prepared and we'll all have a fun, safe Opening Weekend.
• Participants & Essential Crew Only; Immediate Family for those attending with RV/Motorhome (Self Contained Unit)
• Online waiver link is on MHDRA.com. Everyone needs to complete these. Tech Card link is also there to print off. Please have all info filled out before tech
• Please maintain Physical Distancing (6ft) throughout the facility.
• Masks/Face Coverings are MANDATORY in all common areas throughout the property.
• All Guests must follow all hand hygiene expectations and coughing and sneezing etiquette.
• Regularly Sanitized Restrooms are available for public use in the main concession area; please follow all posted physical distancing Guidance. Portable Units will not be available at this time.
• For those not in self contained RV/Motorhome Unit: At the end of a race, attendees must exit the venue in a quick and orderly fashion. NO GUESTS outside of immediate household permitted to “visit” inside RV/Motorhome.
• The Concession will be open for Food & Beverage Service; please follow all posted Guidance.
• Playground will be closed until further notice. All GRANDSTANDS closed until further notice.
• The Tower is for pre-approved essential Operators Only; Closed to all Participants & Crew until further notice.
• Please understand and adhere to all MHDRA FACILITY POLICIES
• All Guests are required to stay in their designated pit space and/or seating areas when not actively engaged in on-track activity; avoid congregating in common areas.
• Failure to adhere to current AHS Guidelines will result in immediate expulsion from the facility.
• PRE SCREENING: All Participants, Crew, and Immediate Family attending will be required to complete the pre Screening questionnaire on both the SMART WAIVER and REGISTRATION
• CONTACT TRACING: personal contact information may be released upon request; please review the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (oipc.ab.ca) about collecting personal information from customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. MHDRA will NOT otherwise contact, sell or release private personal contact information.
• If you are experiencing symptoms including cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose or sore throat that are not related to a pre-existing illness or health condition, or are otherwise required to isolate or quarantine- STAY HOME!
• At this point no spectators allowed but we will update as the new order comes in affect. Should be before opening weekend in Stage 2.
